Highland Huslters 4-H Club

The 4-H Motto:

“To make the best better.”

The 4-H Pledge: “I pledge

My Head to clearer thinking,
My Heart to greater loyalty,
My Hands to larger service,
My Health to better living,

For my club, my community, my country, and my world.”

Our monthly club meetings are held the 3rd Sunday evening of the month. Some of this years community service events include the food can drive for the Guthrie County Community Outreach held in November, we decorated a Christmas Tree for the avenue of trees in the Mayor’s office in December, and we sponsor a community Easter Egg hunt in the spring at the City Park. We camp at Springbrook State Park in July, hold a club tour in August and everyone enjoys showing projects at the Guthrie County Fair. We also, have an annual Christmas party at the Coon Rapids Bowling Alley in December. The 4-H year starts in October, when new members in 4th grade or older join and everyone signs up for the new years projects. For more information please contact any officer or leader.
