Darrow Woodworking
After leaving home I moved to the town of Bayard, in west central Iowa. Over the next twenty-five years I married and raised a family, and worked off and on at woodworking. Working for a time in the wood shop of a nearby state park, framing wildlife pictures, making park signs, building bookshelves, and the occasional ever-challenging Ping-Pong paddle. Too: I worked in the local lumberyard for twenty-three years during which time I was able to collect tools and machinery enough to build and equip my present shop.
